Madden ‘20 predicts the Bears will not have a Happy Thanksgiving

Madden NFL 20 Points Madden ‘20 predicts the Bears will not have a Happy Thanksgiving this year as Matt Nagy's crew suffered another tough loss this week in our simulation series. The offense had one of their most productive games to date but ultimately tuovers did them in.

The Detroit Lions were already without starting quarterback Matthew Stafford but now backup quarterback Jeff Driskel is dealing with a hamstring injury. And the Lions aounced on Wednesday night that third-string quarterback David Blough will get the start for Thursday’s Thanksgiving Day game against the Chicago Bears.

QB Mitch Trubisky started out with two touchdown passes early including the first career touchdown for Riley Ridley who made his NFL debut in our sim this week (maybe he'll get his first real-life opportunity this Thursday).

So having to face Khalil Mack and the Bears’ defense in a nationally televised game on Thanksgiving is one hell of a task in an NFL debut. That’s especially the case if Blough is anywhere remotely close to as bad as EA Sports thinks. Blough is only rated a 48 (!) in Madden NFL 20.

Khalil Mack had a strong showing as well with three sacks and 10 tackles. However buy NFL 20 Points the Lions were able to capitalize on some costly tuovers from Trubisky as two of his four interceptions were retued for touchdowns by the Lions.

If Blough shows much of anything at all at quarterback against the Bears he probably deserves to be rated higher than a *48*. But if the quarterbacking thing doesn’t work out Blough offers some impressive skills as a magician.
